Do you ever feel self-conscious or unsure of yourself on stage, when you're just trying to be yourself? This movement-based workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable, confident, and free in their own skin— whether the only dance you know the Cha Cha Slide or you’ve been twirling since birth (but still get nervous in front of a crowd). Through simple, fun exercises, we’ll explore how to move with more ease, connect with our breath, and navigate the nerves that come up. Whether you are in an ensemble or a soloist, every single person is on stage to tell the story together!

No dance experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore! Movement will be asked of all people who are physically able.
